Restore Thrive

Restore/Thrive is a performance physical therapy and strength and conditioning practice located in the Kansas City Metro that exists to provide an elite level of sports medicine care, rehab guidance, and programming for fitness and sport. Our practice believes that you are meant to grow strong and age gracefully and we treat each client as the unique individual that they are. Optimizing the pillars of proper physical practices, sleep, nutrition, stress management, and community engagement is fundamental to our practice philosophy.
